Welcome to SENTE (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

Use of the Platform

Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain and promptly update your account information.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purposes.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Post or transmit any material that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or damage any part of the Platform.

Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SENTE and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SENTE.

User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant SENTE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and grant us these rights.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENTE, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SENTE, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Uganda, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
